New Works – Spring Rain

Two new works Portia.

Not much to say about my work, not even sure where it comes from. One thing! The title does not arrive until the painting is finished.

Finished? When is a work finished?

I often joke that it is finished, when it is taken away from me by the next owner.

I once heard an artist say to another artist “A Paint Over!”

Well, it was obviously an insult, a very, southern style insult. I nearly spoke up but, the artist eloquently said “Of Course, every painting in the world is a paint over”. This may or may not be true. But, it is for me.

I keep painting till I can unapologetically, let the work go to the gallery that represents me, knowing that some work will return to be messed with another day.

Transitional Style

We love our clients to build flexible, collections with pieces that not only transcend the seasons, but also weather the whims of the Fashion industry well.

This Bird Cage Boutique outfit adorning our Model, Langley, can be worn through the year and adapted to include any current trend.
